Excel Hotel Group is seeking motivated individuals for a career in the restoration industry. The Water Mitigation/Mold Remediation Technician will maintain equipment, conduct moisture assessments, create drying plans, and ensure compliance with industry standards while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Maintaining and monitoring equipment and vehicles
Conducting moisture readings and assessments
Creating and implementing drying plans
Placing containment
Understanding a written mold protocol
Passing the post-remediation verification (PRV) testing
Following best practices and all IICRC S500 and S520 guidelines
Maintaining photographic and written documentation
Warehouse organization and maintenance

Qualification

Mold Remediation CertificationWater Damage RestorationCustomer Service SkillsMoisture AssessmentBasic Technology Skills

Required

Applicants must be reliable, driven, customer-oriented, and willing to be part of a team
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to follow detailed directions
Basic understanding of technology and computer skills
A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required
Must have a clean criminal background (no felony convictions)
