They are seeking a compassionate Patient Care Coordinator / TMS Technician to support patients undergoing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation treatments and assist mental health providers in delivering exceptional care.
Mental Health Care
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, hands-on support to patients undergoing dTMS treatments
Assist mental health providers with patient care, intakes, and assessments
Perform vital sign monitoring and ensure accurate medical documentation
Manage the patient check-in process, including scheduling and front-office support
Ensure all TMS equipment is functioning properly, performing routine maintenance as needed
Document technical support activities and report any equipment concerns
Communicate effectively with the clinical team, patients, and families to ensure seamless care coordination
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on best practices in mental health and TMS therapy
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a healthcare setting
Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care
Ability to take vitals and understand medical documentation
Excellent communication skills
Interpersonal skills
Customer service skills
Effective technical aptitude to operate and maintain dTMS equipment
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Prior experience supporting military and veteran populations
