Responsibilities

Deliver a personalized, high-quality service experience to each customer
Represent the dealership professionally while interacting with various clients throughout the day
Prepare and organize daily mobile appointments and service calls
Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs based on service orders and OEM standards
Collaborate with the Service Advisors and Parts Department to coordinate scheduling and communication
Accurately log all repairs and services performed using mobile tools and devices
Stay up to date with Ford technical training and service bulletins
Operate and maintain the company-provided Mobile Service Van responsibly
Work in varying weather conditions as needed

Required

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must be 21 years or older
Minimum 3 Years Of Professional Automotive Repair Experience

Self-driven, dependable, and able to work without direct supervision

Preferred

Ford/Lincoln certifications preferred but not mandatory
