The Bay Club Company is dedicated to providing exceptional service and maintaining high standards of hospitality. The Facilities Technician will be responsible for maintaining building operations, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring a clean and safe environment for members and guests.

Responsibilities

Learn and apply the company’s standard operating procedures

Preventive maintenance responsibility of the building such as pool vacuuming and testing / adjusting pool water chemicals, plumbing, light electrical and painting

Restock supplies, replenish inventory and products

Maintain a clean, safe work environment

Greet members and guests through-out the property

Understand and anticipate the needs of the property

Be attentive and listen carefully to the member’s and follow through

Follow up as required and communicate in a timely manner

Be an active participant in events, programs, meetings and training

Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response

Schedule varies and may require weekend and holiday hours, days and evenings
