Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance and oversee functionality of the wash tunnel and equipment room
Manage all facility needs at our six central Indianapolis locations
Identify current and future maintenance issues using a weekly maintenance checklist
Troubleshoot piping and plumbing issues and associated tools
Fix all issues to keep the car wash in good working order in a timely manner
Read blueprints and identify, manage, and order all needed parts for repairs
Inspect building and grounds for maintenance issues to keep the facility in proper working order
Be on call after hours on a rotating schedule
Manage monthly maintenance expense report
Keep company vehicle properly cleaned and maintained
Additional duties may be assigned and required after proper training
Qualification
Required
Basic hand tools storage, care, identification and tool control
Weekly maintenance checklist to identify current and future maintenance issues
Basics knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities in piping and plumbing and associated tools
Will work in a timely manner to fix all issues to keep car wash is good working order
Ability to read blue print
Identify, manage, and order all needed parts for repairs
Keep facility in proper working order by inspecting building and grounds for maintenance issues
Will be required to be on call after hours on a rotating schedule
Manage monthly maintenance expense report
Will keep company vehicle properly cleaned and maintained
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
