They are looking for a Small Engine Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing small engine equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining equipment through routine maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate and document equipment issues

Use established service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols

Carry out routine equipment maintenance tasks such as cleaning, fluid and filter changes, and general maintenance procedures for various equipment

Conduct in-depth inspections of all small equipment systems

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Convey necessary repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner

Required

High school diploma or GED is required

Strong customer service and communications skills are required

Full range of motion, and ability to lift up to 75 lbs as required
