Paint Seibi Technician
Toyota North America is looking for a Paint Seibi Technician for a temporary assignment in Georgetown, Kentucky. The role involves online and offline robot programming, evaluating quality standards, and creating documentation for robot processes.

Online robot programmingSealer, UBC, and DampeningRun trials and adjust parametersEvaluate quality drawings and meet standardsOnline robot ProgrammingPrimer, Base and ClearRun trials and adjust parametersEvaluate quality drawings and meet standardsOff line robot programmingUse simulation software to create robot programs, perform reach studies and cycle time analysis
Evaluate QualityUse elco-meters, wave-scan and X-Rite Create Hand Over DocumentsCreate snapshots of the robot processes for the NAMC’s Effective communicationsMust be able to use Microsoft Office and communicate with the written word

Required
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects
Able to take initiative to recommend projects, product improvements, or cost reductions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2 years technical degree or equivalent work experience
Work Authorization: Green Card, US Citizen
Preferred
Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications
PLC Programming (Toyopuc, Allen Bradley, Omron,…etc)
Experience with Digital Engineering (Catia, Delmia, Solidworks, Inventor)
