Responsibilities
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot chemical feed and monitoring equipment at client sites
Conduct field testing to ensure chemical systems are delivering targeted performance outcomes
Manage on-site chemical inventory to ensure supply reliability and accuracy
Collect and analyze data to verify systems are meeting client KPIs
Partner with the Rizon technical team and refinery personnel to drive continuous improvement
Document activities, testing results, and performance metrics in a clear and timely manner
Serve as a professional, safety-minded representative of Rizon in all activities
Qualification
Required
2+ years of refining or chemical plant experience
Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills; ability to work with pumps, meters, and field equipment
Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, accuracy, and performance
Ability to work independently in the field while communicating effectively with teammates
Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or associate's degree a plus
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, or be on call, depending on site requirements
Preferred
Associates degree or technical certification
Knowledge of chemical dosing systems
Lab experience
