Responsibilities
Conducting scheduled appointments at client sites
Working on tickets remotely
Collaborating with team members on resolving tickets
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year in an MSP or corporate IT environment
Proficient in IT areas such as PCs, laptops, servers, routers, Microsoft Server Operating Systems, Microsoft Workstation Operating Systems (Windows 7 to Windows 11), Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Adobe software (Tech Support), hardware, software, and devices for layers 1, 2, and 3
Experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 is a plus
Must be near Lockport, IL, to work from our office
Drug screen and some hands-on testing
