They are seeking full- and part-time Behavioral Health Technicians to provide direct support and supervision to individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crises in their new Receiving Center.

Provide observation, engagement, and crisis support
Assist with safety monitoring, de-escalation, and intake/orientation
Accurately document client interactions and incidents
Communicate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Promote trauma-informed and culturally competent care
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma (required)
Flexibility, professionalism, and resilience in fast-paced settings
Preferred
Experience with mental health or substance use populations preferred
