They are seeking customer service-focused Restoration Technicians to execute and document work related to water mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, or bio-hazard clean-ups under the direction of a Lead Technician.

Responsibilities
Provide Legendary Customer Service
Remove water from residential and commercial properties
Removal of damaged materials in structures: drywall, flooring, cabinets, etc
Carrying, setting, and cleaning specialty drying equipment
Communicate professionally with clients, employees, and management
Participate in the "on-call" rotation for emergency service calls after hours and on assigned weekends
Work independently and as a team
Responsible for the assigned vehicle, managing inventory on van and equipment care and maintenance
Qualification
Required
EXCELLENT Customer Service & Communication Skills (written & verbal)
Valid Driver's License without a major violation
Dependable, Responsible, and Positive
Eager to learn, acquire new skills, and grow professionally
Able to lift 60 lbs. unassisted
Willingness to participate in After Hours On Call rotation
Customer service experience - Required
Preferred
Water mitigation and mold remediation experience - Preferred
Construction experience - Preferred
IICRC Certifications - Preferred
