Observe and record patient behavior and activities

Report on changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition to nursing staff

Suggest modifications to treatment plan as needed

Qualification

Behavioral health experienceBLS CertificationCNA licenseHandle With Care (HWC)Diploma

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required

BLS Certification within 45 days of hire

HWC (Handle With Care) within 45 days of hire

Must be minimum of 21 years of age to be considered for this position

Preferred

Minimum of 1 year of behavioral health experience preferred

CNA license preferred
