Responsibilities
Respond to daily support tickets via phone or email
Pro-actively monitor remote support clients’ facilities via support software
Provide on-site support and service as necessary to ensure client satisfaction
Ability to understand various installed audiovisual systems
Ability to troubleshoot and verify systems functionality
Provide daily service reports to Director of Systems Integration
Provide additional on-site installation assistance as needed
Provide installation preparation assistance as needed
Build equipment racks, lace cabling and program equipment as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of working in commercial audiovisual installation field
Familiarity with audio, video lighting and control systems
Basic networking knowledge
Microsoft Teams Rooms/Zoom Rooms knowledge
Ability to read and understand drawings including architectural plans, electrical drawings and low voltage schematics
Basic construction knowledge
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Work at heights on ladders, lifts and attic spaces
Physical stamina to work in difficult positions and areas
Ability to travel for service calls across USA and abroad
Possess a current driver's license
Preferred
QSYS certification
