Perform tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor
Complete tasks to the standards of the Real Property Management Richmond Metro organization
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in residential remodeling/home repair
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in maintenance or suitable experience in residential repairs
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. of equipment
After-hours calls and site visits as necessary
Must be able to pass a background check
