Responsibilities
Access rooftops to test string voltages and determine whether a module or optimizer needs replacement
Troubleshoot and repair wiring under panels
Replace optimizers, inverters, and related equipment
Pull and land new wires, run conduit, and retrofit existing electrical systems for new or replacement solar equipment
Document all field findings and corrective actions
Ensure all work meets NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards
Qualification
Required
Electrical experience required (licensed electrician or equivalent field experience strongly preferred)
Minimum 2 years in solar service, electrical work, or related field
Proficient with conduit bending, wiring, and landing electrical connections
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
Comfortable working on rooftops in varying conditions
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
OSHA-10 preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
