Facility Management
Responsibilities
Inspection, repair, and maintenance of pre-engineered suppression systems, fire extinguishers, and emergency lights
Inspect, repair, and exchange fire extinguishers on site and transport, as needed
Inspect, repair, and replace emergency lighting
Educate customers and sell products needed to code compliance
Provide exceptional customer service while proudly representing NELBUD
Qualification
Required
Ability to answer promptly to service calls
Ability to access and tolerate small spaces and work in high places
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in fire suppression is strongly preferred
Valid driver's license – company truck provided from shop to job site
You must be at least 20 years old
A minimum of 3 years of driving experience is required
