Responsibilities
Perform maintenance on customers' vehicles with efficiency and in accordance with the dealership
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed
Test automotive systems' functionality
Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first
Excellent communication to clearly explain issues, repairs and prevention tips to customers who may have little understanding of vehicles
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1-year automotive experience
Must be able to do oil changes
Self-starter and ability to be a great team player
Valid driver's license
