Automotive Refinish Sales Manager
YATU USA is seeking an Automotive Refinish Sales Manager to drive sales growth and develop business strategies within the assigned region. The role involves building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and align sales strategies with company goals.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the customer base
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports
Recruit, train, and supervise sales representatives
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Address customer inquiries and ensure high satisfaction levels
Oversee sales processes and monitor performance metrics
Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and sales events
Generate and analyze sales reports, presenting findings to management
Coordinate with other departments to align sales strategies
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in sales preferably in automotive or related industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Ability to travel within the region. (75% above Travel requirement)
Preferred
Experience in the automotive refinish industry
Knowledge of regional market trends
