Responsibilities

Identify and target new business opportunities for The Learning Institute
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new logos and expand the client base
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Provide expert consulting services to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and solutions tailored to client requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to drive their success
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, including whitepapers, case studies, and webinars
Represent SS&C Technologies at industry events, conferences, and forums

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in professional services, with a focus on business development
Proven track record of successfully prospecting and acquiring new clients
Strong understanding of the learning and development industry
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred

Experience selling Learning Management Systems, e-Learning, and/or custom training content
