The Maintenance Technician Lead will oversee work activities, monitor employee performance, and ensure a safe working environment while maintaining equipment and reporting on maintenance activities.

Responsibilities
Determine work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of personnel
Monitor employees' work levels and review work performance
Counsel employees about work-related issues and assist employees in correcting job-skill deficiencies
Examine objects, systems, or facilities, and analyze information to determine needed installations, services, or repairs
Inspect and monitor work areas, examine tools and equipment, and provide employee safety training to prevent, detect, and correct unsafe conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules
Inspect, test, and measure completed work, using devices such as hand tools and gauges to verify conformance to standards and repair requirements
Control downtime by informing employees of routine preventive maintenance techniques
Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level
Prepare mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, regulations & GMPs
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED Required
Minimum of 5 Years Work Related Experience in the Maintenance Field Required
Excellent Problem Solving, Decision Making, and Planning Skills
Certified in Lockout/Tagout Procedures
Reading/Comprehension Abilities
Aptitude to Work in a Team Environment or Individually
Excellent interpersonal and Communication Skills
Proficient in Troubleshooting, Design, and Optimization of All Maintenance Systems
Preferred
Experience in a Leadership Role is Preferred
