Registered Behavior Technician
Lamplight Behavior Analysis is dedicated to providing evidence-based therapy and services to empower individuals and their families. They are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized treatment plans and interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities
Implement ABA therapy techniques in a clinic setting
Collect and record data via electronic data collection platform on learner progress
Complete session notes in a timely and accurate manner
Collaborate with BCBAs to modify treatment plans as needed
Communicate empathetically and effectively with learners, families, and team members
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for learners
Qualification
Required
Current RBT certification (must provide RBT number)
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities
Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
