Collaborate with department and senior management to align IT strategies with organizational goals/objectives
Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of new revenue cycle technologies and initiatives
Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of revenue cycle systems
Ensure systems meet regulatory requirements and industry standards for data security and privacy
Implement best practices for system performance monitoring and optimization, aligning with The Joint Commission and CMS standards and guidelines
Analyze current patient access processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Develop innovative solutions to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
Lead projects to implement new technologies or enhancements to existing systems
Qualification
Required
Lead the implementation, optimization, and management of financial application systems within a healthcare system
Leverage advanced skills and deep understanding of healthcare operations developed through extensive experience
Drive improvements in revenue cycle management
Possess both financial and technical expertise as well as leadership to support ongoing financial operations
Serve in a dedicated team, leading and coordinating needed integrations for non-clinical business function technology
Deep technical expertise in Health system Financials
Extensive knowledge of Revenue cycle operations
Develop, manage, and optimize rules and workflows to ensure efficient and accurate processing within the enterprise Revenue Cycle
