This role involves providing complete electrical and mechanical maintenance support for utilities systems in a high-speed bottling facility, ensuring that all necessary equipment is operational and meets production needs.

Responsibilities
Maintain a 1,000 HP and two 800 HP boilers and back-up fuel oil system
Maintain de-aerators, de-alkalizers, and water softeners
Maintain chemical feed systems for boiler water quality
Conduct water quality tests for boiler water quality
Maintain and monitor four Trane chillers
Maintain five evaporative cooling towers
Conduct water quality tests for retort cooling water loop
Maintain two Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems
Monitor utility’s chemical inventory to include ordering chemicals when needed
Maintain three large air compressors
Provide immediate assistance to downtime situations
Trouble-shoot equipment malfunctions and make repairs accordingly
Ensure all repairs are documented
Foster teamwork consistent with our company and plant Mission, Vision, and Core Values
Follows all DFA GMP’s, cleans work areas upon completing a project and works in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
Perform other tasks and jobs as necessary
Qualification
Required
Provide complete electrical and mechanical maintenance support for the utilities systems in a high-speed bottling facility
Ensure that processing, filling, sterilizing, and packaging equipment are supplied with the necessary clean steam, water, compressed air, etc
Execute repair work orders and requests in a timely manner to ensure production needs are met
Perform the above tasks in a safe manner following safety and environmental regulations
Maintain a 1,000 HP and two 800 HP boilers and back-up fuel oil system
