Responsibilities
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles
Communicate directly with the Service Advisors so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Qualification
Required
Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
Fast learning
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Team player
Computer literate
Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Valid driver's license and a good driving record
High School Diploma
