Responsibilities

Monitors and observes individuals; records and reports individual’s conditions, progress, behaviors, activity, etc

Reviews individuals charts and follows individual treatment plans, encourages and assists patients in completing scheduled treatment activities and goals

Assess situation and applies appropriate interventions to prevent or resolve crisis situations

Interacts regularly with clients and facilitates positive activities such as education and recreation

A valid driver's license will be required

You must successfully pass a criminal history check

Employees must be able to properly manage aggressive, self-abusive, and non-compliant individuals

The work requires considerable and strenuous physical exertion such as frequent climbing, lifting heavy objects over 50 pounds, crouching or crawling in restricted areas, defending oneself and/or others against physical attack
