New Grad, Entry LevelWestrock Coffee Company is seeking a Maintenance Fabrication Technician who will work closely with the Facilities, Maintenance, and Engineering teams. The role involves rigging and installing equipment, fabricating parts, and managing repairs efficiently.

Responsibilities
Analyzing specification charts, samples, and drawings to gain a thorough understanding of requirements
Measuring and marking materials to develop a layout / template to manufacture parts
Develops/executes a plan for equipment installation and communicates impacts to operations
Setting up equipment required to complete each step of the parts rebuild /modification or repairs
Participating in root cause analysis of failed parts together with other personnel on site
Maintaining an up-to-date inventory of consumables, parts and tools needed to fully operate workshop
Operating and servicing maintenance shop equipment, keep up to date maintenance logs, inspections, and other information
Inspecting finished parts for flaws and defects
Maintain equipment in the Maintenance Shop
Design machine part replacements and recommend design improvements for implementation
Qualification
