Responsibilities
Diagnose and provide solutions for customer security needs
Install, service, maintain, repair, replace doors, frames, locks, keys, door hardware, door closers, panic devices, smart locks and more for commercial buildings
Install/repin/rekey high security locks like Medeco, Assa Abloy, Primus etc
Use smart phone app and computer software to check in and collect payments from clients
Install, repair, and maintain Access Control Hardware
Assist in installing wiring, cameras and access controls hardware
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5+ year's experience in technical hands-on field experience in locksmithing, doors, frames, access control, door hardware, and other skilled trades
Good verbal and communication skills
Great problem solver and fast learner
Provide a high level of timely & accurate customer service
Must be able to fluently understand, speak, and write English
Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50 lbs-100 lbs
Able to drive company vehicles
Ability to do all physical activity and skills needed for the job
Pass background, driver license, drug and reference screens
