Kimball Electronics is a rapidly growing Medical Device manufacturer, and they are seeking an Automated Systems Technician to monitor and maintain highly automated manufacturing lines. The role involves executing preventative maintenance orders and assisting engineering in the testing of procedures to support regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

You will monitor and maintain highly automated manufacturing lines and the supporting pieces of equipment for the manufacturing processes, while meeting goals of quality, cost and delivery for our customers

You are responsible for executing Preventative Maintenance Orders, Protocols, and detailing the work performed

Assisting Engineering in the testing of procedures in support of regulatory requirements

Help execute maintenance work orders and protocols on the Automated Equipment

Maintain customer specific system documentation in support of FDA regulatory requirements

Demonstrate the understanding, programming ability, and troubleshooting of the Automated Equipment

Develop an understanding of maintaining the Automated Equipment in a Validated State

Understand and execute all Maintenance Work Orders and Protocols associated with the Automated Equipment

Ability to support the second shift on the Automated Line with minimal support

Create, modify, and troubleshoot all programmable technologies on the Automated Equipment

Assist Engineering in the Implementation of improvements on the Automated Equipment processes and/or cost reductions

Demonstrate an understanding of FDA 21 CFR 820/GMP Medical Device Regulations
