Responsibilities
Set up and operate injection molding machines for quality-driven production
Disassemble, clean, and reassemble molds with precision
Perform mold changeovers and troubleshoot setup issues
Follow safety protocols, including lockout/tag-out procedures
Train and mentor new technicians in mold setup and handling
Keep your workspace and the mold service area clean and organized
Communicate with supervisors and support teams to keep operations on track
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Hands-on experience in injection molding (especially with ABS, PVC, or CPVC)
Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting skills
Ability to read schematics and machine diagrams
Personal hand tools and toolbox
Willingness to obtain a Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) license
Physically able to perform lifting, bending, and ladder work
