Printing Production Technician - 2nd shift

The Printing Production Technician will operate a printing press for Plastisol Ink products, prioritize and complete work based on shipping schedules, and perform quality checks while communicating needs to the Floor Supervisor.

Operating a printing press for Plastisol Ink products
Set-up, teardown between jobs
Prioritizing and completing work based on shipping schedule
Quality checks
Communicating needs/suggestions/concerns to Floor Supervisor
Assisting in other areas when the business requires
Other duties as assigned

Required

An understanding of, or willingness to learn Screen Print processes
Good verbal communication skills
The ability to lift up to 40 lbs., walk, bend, and be on his/her feet most of the shift
Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment
Quality-minded
Flexibility of schedule and the ability to work overtime daily as needed
A willingness to embrace change and learn new skills
