Responsibilities
Analyze requested vehicle repairs for accuracy
Inspect and perform repairs according to the dealership’s requirements for top quality
Uphold a working knowledge of the industry’s best practices in auto body repair field
Conduct all necessary repairs in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain detailed paperwork and record keeping of all claims
Sustain a clean work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety
Keep up to date on required HAZCOM training certifications
Additional duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Current and valid driver's license with clear driving record is required
Must have own tools
Qualified applicants will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and are detail oriented with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred
I-Car/ASE certification is a plus, but not required
3-5 years auto body shop experience a plus
