Responsibilities

Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concern
Performs all duties as assigned and adheres to TEAM’s Core Values, as well as TEAM’s 7 Critical Choices
Gathers materials required to fill work orders, as directed
Sets up the machine, and positions work pieces for processing, as directed
Assists with necessary adjustments and removes scraps from machine
Assists with maintaining raw material inventory
Conducts job walks with certified technicians and be able to communicate requirements
Interfaces with clients and co-workers
Ensures jobs are completed in a timely manner and according to schedule
Instructs assistant in set-up/tear-down of equipment; perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks, calibrations and overall equipment and facilities upkeep
Completes proper documentation and reports of services provided
Learns and abides by induction procedures

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift and carry 75 pounds
Must be able to walk and climb to perform duties
Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities to communicate effectively
Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively
Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations to perform office duties and travel when necessary to off-site locations
Sufficient personal mobility to maneuver within a refinery or plant environment to include the ability to gain access to elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells

Preferred

Previous experience in relevant industry preferred
Travel requirements: 0% - 50%
