Responsibilities

Oversee fiber network upgrades, and repairs across customer sites
Manage field and support teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to maintain optimal service levels
Collaborate with network engineers to design and implement scalable fiber solutions
Delegate work orders and assignments effectively to ensure operational efficiency
Communicate clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders
Analyze complex situations and make strategic decisions to support business goals

Qualification

Required

Proven experience in fiber-optic network installation and maintenance
Strong understanding of network infrastructure and performance monitoring tools

Preferred
