Maintenance Technician / Industrial Mechanic / Electro-Mechanical Technician (Relocation Opportunity) - Military Veterans Encouraged to Apply
ATI Specialty Materials is actively hiring skilled maintenance professionals to join their growing team in Monroe, NC. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems to keep advanced manufacturing operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
Perform preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns across plant equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
Install and maintain 3-phase motor controls, AC/DC circuits, and basic relay logic
Support fabrication work, including cutting, welding, and layout planning
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years of trade school OR industrial maintenance experience
Solid understanding of power transmission, fluid power, and electrical systems
Comfortable working 12-hour shifts (day/night rotation or fixed shifts available)
Preferred
Background in metals, aerospace, or heavy industrial manufacturing preferred
