Handle quoting, renewals, endorsements, and policy servicing
Deliver top-tier customer service and insurance guidance
Collaborate with our team and overseas support to streamline workflows
Qualification
Required
4-40 license required
1+ year of insurance experience (personal or commercial lines)
Strong communication, organization, and client service skills
Preferred
2-20 preferred (hybrid flexibility with 2-20)
Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a big plus
Experience with Applied Epic is a bonus
