Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues on customer vehicles
Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and quality checks
Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers regarding repairs, timelines, and costs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Keep accurate records of all services performed
Qualification
Required
Extensive knowledge of automotive systems: engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, steering, HVAC, and electrical
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, including use of computerized diagnostic tools
Ability to read and interpret service manuals, schematics, and technical bulletins
Proficient in performing complex repairs and maintenance tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Good communication skills for working with service advisors, team members, and customers
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain a safe work environment
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
ASE certification(s) preferred
