Tom Wood Automotive is a family-owned company with over 50 years of experience, and they are seeking a dedicated All Brands Automotive Technician. The ideal candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain various makes and models of vehicles, providing excellent customer service and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities

Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services quickly and efficiently
Conduct vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs or maintenance
Ensure proper documentation of all services performed
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Provide excellent customer service by communicating vehicle issues and repair recommendations clearly
Stay updated on automotive technology and repair techniques
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow
Perform repairs and maintenance on various components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, and more
Adhere to company policies and standards for service quality and customer satisfaction
Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Other responsibilities as needed

Required

ASE certifications
Appropriate tool set to accommodate all brands
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use modern diagnostic tools and equipment
A team player with a commitment to customer satisfaction and high-quality workmanship
Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc
Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
