Responsibilities
Perform necessary repairs and maintenance on roofing systems
Conduct thorough and complete roof inspections to identify leaks and common deficiencies. As well as locating leaks during some inspections
Set up and climb ladders(up to 40 feet) safely by yourself on occasion; familiarity with operating man lifts is not required but appreciated
Travel throughout the United States approximately 85% of the time, preferably residing within 30 miles of a major airport, no more than 60
Utilize roofing software applications (experience in particular with CenterPoint, FCS, etc. is a plus)
Maintain effective communication with clients and team members through email, texts, phone calls, and apps
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of field experience in Roofing
A strong background in ROOF maintenance, general repair, and construction
A valid Driver's License
Proficient with smartphones for operational software and generally tech savvy with email and the internet
Fluency in English
The ability to proficiently read and write
Preferred
Exterior repairs such as siding, gutters, windows, and doors
GED or high school diploma
