Responsibilities
Successfully implement HCM Security and Advanced Controls
Identify product gaps and work with product development to address them, help with internal initiatives to create accelerators and content library, come up with innovative solutions to handle client requirements, ensure successful completion of the product within budget and on schedule
Critically evaluate information gathered from various sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Requirements Document, design document, test scripts etc.)
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
Be proactively engaged with internal initiatives to create best practice library, repeatable solutions to make the implementations more scalable
Qualification
Required
6 to 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud Security
In-depth functional Oracle ERP Cloud Security experience
Ability to successfully implement HCM Security and Advanced Controls
Experience in identifying product gaps and working with product development
Ability to help with internal initiatives to create accelerators and content library
Capability to come up with innovative solutions to handle client requirements
Experience ensuring successful completion of the product within budget and on schedule
Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from various sources
Skill in reconciling conflicts and decomposing high-level information into details
Ability to abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding
Skill in distinguishing user requests from the underlying true needs
Proactive communication and collaboration with external and internal customers
Ability to analyze information needs and functional requirements
Experience delivering artifacts such as Requirements Document, design document, test scripts, etc
Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
