Assist with computer support for Harmon College including, but not limited to, end user devices, labs, and classrooms
Respond to support issues, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
Setup office deployments for staff and faculty
Install lab computers
Setup classroom podiums
Troubleshoot existing installations and resolve
Replace computer hardware

Qualification
