Responsibilities
Perform installations and theme/game changes, perform preventative maintenance, and perform all other general service duties
Diagnose hardware & software problems on all EGS products and perform repair procedures as appropriate
Respond promptly to incident tickets and work orders with a 'fix first time' approach whether in person or by phone
Document all work as appropriate, ensuring all work details are captured accurately
Read, understand and implement job specifications accurately on time and within budget
Act as an escalation point for other team members and potentially act in a supervisory capacity as and when needed
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of experience working with Windows-based machines
Ability to work to budget and a proven track record of delivering on time
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work on multiple projects effectively
Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license in various States / Casinos
Ability to read, understand and perform as required job specifications, drawings, safety all job/project related requirements
Able to lift 50lbs, stand for prolonged periods of time, work indoors and outdoors
Preferred
Familiarity with network technologies and troubleshooting
Experience in the Gaming industry
Knowledge of and experience with Class II gaming
