Benefits Support Aide

Integrated Labor Solutions (ILS) is seeking a customer-service focused Benefits Support Aide to join our team in San Diego, CA. The role involves assisting with day-to-day operations by providing office support for the Benefits Support and Sales teams, as well as assisting with walk-ins.

Prepare and distribute benefits enrollment materials
Maintain inventory for office supplies and benefits materials
Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Basic data entry
Perform other duties as needed

Required

High School Degree or equivalent
Must pass background and reference checks
Must be able to come into the office
Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
