They are seeking a detail-oriented PCB Technician to operate their printed circuit board assembly line, manage production workflows, and ensure high-quality output through careful inspection and testing.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor PCBA line equipment and processes

Manage PCB assembly area, maintaining organization and workflow efficiency

Assemble circuit boards into final enclosures

Perform hand soldering for through-hole connectors and surface mount component rework

Ensure high-quality output through careful inspection and testing

Troubleshoot assembly issues and implement corrective actions

Continuously evaluate and improve PCBA processes to increase speed, efficiency, and yield

Document procedures for existing and newly developed processes

Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize production flow

Collaborate with engineering team on process enhancements

Qualification

Required

High attention to detail with commitment to quality standards

Baseline familiarity with electronic components and their functionalities

Extensive experience with hand soldering techniques and SMT rework including QFN parts

Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain clean, efficient work areas

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication skills for documentation and reporting
