Responsibilities

Maintain the Municipality of Anchorage park land and facilities in a safe and usable condition for the general public to enjoy

Perform routine park maintenance under general supervision

Winter season Duties: litter collection; snow & ice removal from sidewalks; outdoor recreational ice maintenance; track setting; trail grooming and maintenance; special event preparation and support; and general grounds cleaning and repair

Summer season Duties: turf and irrigation maintenance; removal & cleanup of unauthorized or illegal campsites; litter collection; athletic and multi-use field maintenance; trail maintenance; park fence and barrier repairs; park shelters, amenities and equipment cleaning and repair; special event preparation and support; and general grounds and facility care

Other duties as assigned
