The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and ensuring the leadership team operates with maximum efficiency through meticulous planning and execution.

Management of complex calendar and scheduling
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and following up on action items
Organize team meetings and events
Domestic & International travel coordination and expenses
Work with other executive assistants throughout the team and across the company

Required

5+ years of executive assistant experience
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Experience leading process improvements
Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
Experience in legal work
