Responsibilities

Assisting the Arena Manager and supervisor in running the Thomas F. Sullivan Arena

Maintaining the building and equipment

Performing necessary janitorial duties

Maintaining the ice rink surface using a Zamboni ice resurfacer and ice edging tools

Monitoring operating systems and recording readings in appropriate logs

Responding to customer needs in a courteous and efficient manner

Qualification

Required

Ability to interact with a variety of individuals in a courteous manner and to provide quality customer service required

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

High School graduate or equivalent, with related experience required

Preferred

Prior experience supervising others is a plus

Previous Zamboni or similar mechanical experience/background highly desirable
