Responsibilities
Assist the Facility Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operation of the facility; ensures that all scheduled rentals and activities operate on time, and in a safe and controlled manner
Open and/or close the facility
Serve as the facility's first point-of-contact for customer questions and/or concerns
Perform program registration, birthday rentals, and field reservations as assigned
Prepare daily bank deposits and run cash reports
Perform routine tasks associated with various recreation programs and activities including cleaning and basic preventative maintenance
Ensure the party rentals have fun and exciting games to play on the synthetic turf field
Perform routine cleaning tasks associated with facility operations
Serve as backup for front desk staff
Qualification
Required
Weekend work is required
Minimum age: 18 for Front Desk/Customer Services Representative
Minimum age: 16 for Activity Leader/Customer Service Representative
All selected candidates must display excellent customer service skills
Attain First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications (training classes available)
Attend in-house orientation
Comfortable performing basic computer functions (e.g. data entry capabilities)
Pleasant demeanor
Knowledgeable of facility programs, fees, and policies
Preferred
Customer service and cash handling experience preferred
Basic knowledge of field games preferred
