Pflugerville ISD is seeking an Automotive Body Repairer to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to inspect and evaluate vehicles, provide accurate estimates for repair, and manage multiple repair projects while ensuring high standards of work and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Inspect and provide accurate estimates for auto-body repair

Maintain strong lines of communication between yourself, the Maaco repair team, and the client throughout the whole process to build relationships and provide excellent customer service

Repair vehicles to the best of your ability, maintaining our high standards

Work within the guidelines of various insurance guidelines

Makes decisions on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost and cycle time

Participates in all required safety meetings

Required

Must have own tools

Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a collision shop

Ability to repair or replace panels according to OEM procedures

Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data

Mechanic experience

Welding

Strong customer service skills

Excellent attention to detail

Preferred

Ability to use frame machine

Certification in body repair

I-CAR certified

Familiarity with insurance guidelines desired
