Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with Qdrant’s overall business goals
Identify and prioritize potential partners, including cloud providers, vector embeddings providers, system integrators, ISVs, and other relevant market players
Initiate, develop, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic partners, aligning on mutual goals and ensuring clear communication
Drive joint solution development and go-to-market activities, from concept to execution, ensuring partner success and satisfaction
Lead partner negotiations, including defining partnership terms, collaboration frameworks, and co-marketing opportunities
Coordinate technical onboarding and integration for new partners, working closely with internal product and engineering teams
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to create customized partnership proposals and materials
Develop partner training programs, ensuring partners fully understand Qdrant’s value proposition, product capabilities, and future roadmap
Establish clear KPIs to measure partnership effectiveness (e.g., revenue impact, new leads, integration success)
Regularly review and report progress, identifying areas for continuous improvement and growth
Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities
Act as a subject-matter expert for vector search, providing market insights to internal teams to refine Qdrant’s product and partnership approach

Required

3+ years in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally within cloud computing, AI/ML, or open-source software environments
Strong understanding of database & search technology, AI/ML ecosystems, and open-source solutions. Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated success in identifying, negotiating, and scaling strategic partnerships that drive revenue and product adoption
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience managing relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
Ability to develop and execute partnership strategies that align with broader business objectives
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver seamless partnership experiences
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment
