GTM Global Enablement Lead

Responsibilities
Develop and implement a metrics-driven comprehensive GTM enablement strategy aligned with our global business OKR's and GTM goals
Create GTM enablement content, including playbooks, content repositories, product training, and onboarding materials
Deliver GTM training programs to enhance product knowledge, GTM skills, and performance across the GTM organization
Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, GTM (including Pre-Sales), and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning of our software solutions
Implement and manage GTM enablement tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve GTM productivity
Analyze GTM performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted enablement initiatives
Design and implement career progression plans for all the key roles within the GTM team to promote growth and development internally
Partner with global GTM leadership to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring the impact of GTM enablement efforts
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in GTM enablement to continuously refine our approach
Qualification
Required
